What we keep
- Your account: your email address and password. The password is stored scrambled; nobody can read it.
- Your schedule: the calendar links you add, and the games they bring in (times, places, team names, fees).
- Your money entries: pay, expenses, and mileage you record, and any receipt photos you add to them.
- Your team reports: the ratings and notes you file after games.
- Not kept: where you are. If you allow it, the app uses your location on your phone only, to work out when to leave for a game. It is never sent to us.
Who sees it
- Your schedule, calendar links, money entries, and receipt photos are yours alone.
- Team reports are shown to other referees without your name, with only the month of the game. Your note stays private unless you choose to share it. Reports on games you typed in yourself are seen by you only.
- We do not sell your information, show ads, or track you across other apps.
Services that help run the app
- Supabase stores your account, data, and receipt photos on servers in the United States, and reads your calendar links to bring in your games.
- Apple and RevenueCat handle Stripes Pro subscriptions. We see whether you subscribe, never your payment details.
- Apple Maps turns a game's address into a map spot for directions.
- The US National Weather Service gets the weather for a game. It receives the field's location only, nothing about you.
Deleting your information
In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete my account. Your account, schedule, money entries, receipt photos, and reports are erased right away and cannot be brought back.
Children
The app is for referees and umpires who are 13 or older. It is not meant for anyone under 13.

Report rules
Team reports help referees stay safe. When you file one:
- Describe what happened, not who someone is. No names.
- Nothing about children: no players' names, looks, or behavior.
- No guesses, insults, threats, or hateful words.
There is zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable reports. Any referee can flag a report. Flagged reports are hidden, and we remove reports and close accounts that break these rules.
Your account
Keep your password and calendar links to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
Money and taxes
The money summary and tax PDF are a record of what you entered. They are not tax advice. Check with a tax professional.
No guarantees
We work to keep your schedule right, but assigners can change games at any time. Always confirm with your assigner. The app is provided as is, and we are not responsible for missed games or losses from using it.
Apple's terms
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard license terms also apply: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
